The curable resin composition contains a vinyl polymer (A) in which part or all of the constituent monomer units are (meth)acrylic acid ester units, which vinyl polymer (A) has a hydrolyzable silyl group, and a compound (B) having a carboxyl group and having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less, and according to need, an oxyalkylene polymer (C) having a hydrolyzable silyl group, and a polymer (D) containing a (meth)acrylic acid ester unit and having no hydrolyzable silyl group. Since the composition contains the compound (B) having a carboxyl group and having a molecular weight of 1,000 or less, the curing speed a long time after the production is little different from the curing speed immediately after the production.
