<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing the clone seedlings of Eucalyptus spp. and Acacia spp. afforested in a big area, aiming at stable supply of papermaking stock and promotion of large-scale stabilization of carbon dioxide in atmosphere. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the clone seedlings comprises supplying to plants carbonated water in which carbon dioxide is dissolved at saturated solubility or above under carbon dioxide partial pressure of atmosphere and adjusted to pH at 4-6.6 through adding a carbonate or a bicarbonate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
