<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent people other than a person authorized to request orders for each image forming device from ordering consumables, requesting repair, or changing request contents. <P>SOLUTION: A management device 50 creates the content of an order request when an order for consumables or a request for repair is necessary according to the result of analysis on status information sent from an image forming device 10. The content is reported to the image forming device 10 that needs the consumables or repair. Thereafter, based on confirmation result information included in the order request from the image forming device 10 corresponding to the content of the order request reported, it is confirmed whether or not the order request is from the person authorized to request orders who matches the image forming device.
