<p>Polyurethane gel foam, obtained by reacting (a) an isocyanate component (A) having functionality (f) of = 3, (b) a polymer polyol component (B) having a functionality of = 6 and (c) a polysaccharide (C) comprising at least one uronic acid or its salts, is claimed, where the number ratio of isocyanate group of component (A) to the total number of hydroxyl-, carboxyl- and carboxylate-groups in the components (B) and (C) is 1:2 to 1:30. An independent claim is included for a wound dressing (30) comprising the above polyurethane gel foam as wound contact layer (32).</p> |
