PURPOSE: A cohesive connection material with optical fiber, a connection structure using the same and a sticking jig including the same are provided to perform an optical connection by arranging the cohesive connection material between the connection surfaces of optical fibers. CONSTITUTION: A cohesive connection material(22) with a sheet shape includes a strong-cohesive surface(22a) and a weak-cohesive surface(22b). A matching material is arranged between the strong-cohesive surface and the weak-cohesive surface. The refractive index of the matching material is different from the cohesive connection material. The cohesive connection material is arranged between the connection surfaces of optical fibers(10a, 10b). The optical fibers are optically connected.
