PURPOSE: A micro current stimulating device and footwear in which the micro current stimulating device is attached are provided to be manufactured at low costs by semi-permanently generating the micro current and a magnetic field through interaction of a floating magnet and a fixed coil and to obtain semi-permanent life span. CONSTITUTION: A micro current stimulating device comprises: a cylindrical body(16b); a circumferential floating magnet; a coil(17) which interactively occurs the micro current of the floating magnet and is installed on the outside of the body; a cover(11)(12) which is installed on both ends of the body and prevents the outflow of the floating magnet; a fixed magnet which is installed on the inner side of the cover; a stimulation member(18)(19) which is connected to both ends of the coil; and a groove preventing the breakaway of the coil.
