This invention offers a support for the body in a bended seating posture by decreasing the overloads of the body in the region of the pelvis, legs, back and servical muscles in such a way that the freedom of movement of the upper body is not being hindered. The invention provides of a working chair with a combination of a tilting construction for the forward tilting of the seating part together with a support construction, to support the front side of the ilium in a limited forward bended seating position.
