COMPOSITION FOR ACTIVATION AND PROLIFERATION OF CD8 T-CELL

PURPOSE: A composition for CD8 T cell activation is provided to activate CD8 T cells by stimulating CD137 receptor and TLR-2(toll-like receptor-2) and to treat or prevent various diseases relating to CD8 T cells. CONSTITUTION: A method for activating CD8 T cells comprises: a step of isolating CD8 T cells from a sample; and a step of culturing the CD8 T cells in a medium containing a material stimulating CD137 receptor and TLR-2 receptor. The material stimulating CD137 receptor is anti-CD137 receptor monoclonal antibody, anti-CD137 receptor ligand or anti-CD137 receptor ligand fusion protein. The medium also contains CD8 T cell antigen or CD3 sitmulator.
