PURPOSE: A functional insole and footwear using the same are provided, which can uniformly disperse the weight to the whole surface of the sole of the foot. CONSTITUTION: A functional insole comprises: a unit body; a plantar supporting part(12) supporting the plantar and a hinge part(13); and a heel supporting part(14) supporting the heel. The body is injection-molded using metal or the plastic material. In the steel sheet application, the heel supporting part has the thickness of 1-1.5 mm, and the plantar supporting part has the thickness of 0.5-1 mm. The plantar supporting part comprises ventilation slots or ventilation holes. |
