A speed bump and a road apparatus having the same are provided to be easily molded by using curved bodies made of elastic material. A speed bump(100) is composed of curved bodies(110) which are arranged longitudinally, and a guide unit(120) which is formed between the curved bodies. The upper part and both ends are bent. The curved bodies are made of elastic material. The guide unit is formed like a groove to guide the movement of wheels of a vehicle, and has a guide projection. |
