<p>[Object] To provide a seat-back frame and a vehicle seat for mitigating an impactive shock to be otherwise applied to a neck portion of an occupant upon rear-end collision. [Solving Means] A seat-back frame (1) constituting a seat-back (S1) comprises at least a pair of right and left side frames (15), a pressure receiving member (20) disposed between the side frames (15), and wires (21, 22) for connecting the pressure receiving member (20) to the side frames (15), respectively; wherein the wire (22) is connected to the side frames (15) through link members (30) which are operable relative to the side frames (15), respectively, and wherein the link members (30) are so configured that the wire (22) is urged toward a forward side of the seat-back frame (1) by tension springs (35).</p> |
