PURPOSE: A line transmission plate is provided to improve convenience of a worker by transmitting a current state of the transmission line to the worker through a sensor and a transmitter by wireless. CONSTITUTION: A fixing unit(10) is fixed to a support stand of a pole. A rotary block(20) includes a bracket and a rotary drum. One end of a first link member(30) is rotatably hinged with the rotary block. One end of a second link member(40) is rotatably hinged with the other side of the first line member. First and second springs(50,60) are connected between the first and second link members. A piston damper device(70) is connected to the rotary block and the second link member. A sensor outputs a position sensing signal. A controller outputs an emergency signal in response to the position sensing signal of the sensor. A transmitter transmits an emergency signal of the controller by wireless. |
