PURPOSE: A moxa cautery material using bamboo and a method of manufacture thereof are provided, which enhance combustibility and fire power and reduce soot and leachate. CONSTITUTION: A moxa cautery material manufacturing method comprises: a step of crushing stem and leaf and thermal or electromagnetic wave-drying the crushed material to moisture content of 10-20 %; a step of powdering the crushed material, mixing adding yellow soil, charcoal powder, and sugar, adding powder, and aging at 30-60 at 30-60 deg.C for 1-3 days; a step of molding in the bamboo moxa cautery by drying the mixture to water content 10-30 % after neutralizing the aged bamboo mixture powder to pH7-8 and adding starch, glycerine, bamboo liquor, expanded rice hulls, bamboo pulp, or paper pulp. |
