PURPOSE: An electric shock prevention socket of apartment house is provided to prevent the occurrence of electric shocks by applying power to an electrode only when an operation switch is pressed, thereby enabling conduction control of electric products which is unintentionally connected. CONSTITUTION: A memory stores voice data through a microphone(80). A control unit is connected with a sensing unit and an operation switch(50). If the operation switch is pressed, the control unit applies power to an electrode. If the operation switch is not pressed and the rotation or transformation of a rotary member(30) through the sensing unit is sensed, the control unit outputs the voice data through a speaker(90).
