PURPOSE: A fix type saddle cover for a bicycle is provided to protect the saddle cover from contaminants including rain, snow and dust while storing the bicycle outside or a bicycle-shed. CONSTITUTION: A fix type saddle cover for a bicycle comprises the following: a handle(100) in the front side of a rubber hand of the cover to easily put on the cover on the saddle, and to enable a user to easily remove the cover from the saddle to ride the bicycle; and a velcro(500) attached to a fastening belt(400) to roll and fix the cover to the underneath of the saddle after removing the cover from the saddle. The fastening belt is formed in a strong material cloth not to tangle.
