PURPOSE: An incombustible sheet using a flame resisting paper pulp is provided to enhance the flame resisting efficiency of the sheet by adding flame retardant in each coating layer. CONSTITUTION: An incombustible sheet using a flame resisting paper pulp comprises the following: a finishing coating layer(20) coated with a UV coating agent, an AC coating agent and a glass coating agent on the upper side of a flame resisting pulp paper(kraft paper)(10); a PE coating layer(30) coated with a PE coating agent on the lower side of the flame resisting pulp paper(kraft paper); a heating element coating layer(40) coated with a heating element on the lower side of the PE coating layer; an EVA coating layer(50) on the lower side of the heating element coating layer; and a conductive metal(60) formed in between the EVA coating layer and the heating element coating layer.
