PURPOSE: An assembly device of a cross member and a rubber is provided to improve the assembling efficiency when assembling the rubber to the cross member of a sub frame installed on the lower side of an engine room of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An assembly device of a cross member and a rubber comprises a base(1), a settling unit(2), an upper support stand(3) and a presser unit(4). The settling unit is installed on the base and fixes the cross member(CM). The upper support stand is installed on the base and is located on the upper side of the settling unit. The presser unit is installed on the upper support stand while pressing the rubber located on the upper side of the cross member from the upper side. The presser unit inserts a inserting protrusion of the rubber to a rubber connection hole(5).
