PURPOSE: An LED device is provided to improve heat radiation efficiency by discharging heat from an LED through a PCB(Printed Circuit Board), a copper plate, and a heat sink. CONSTITUTION: A nano ceramic powder is coated on the surface of a metal PCB(110) with a thickness of 0.5 to 50 mm. An LED(120) is mounted on the metal PCB. An insulation sheet(130) is interposed between the metal PCB and the LED. A copper plate(140) is arranged on the rear side of the metal PCB to transmit the heat from the LED. A heat sink(150) discharges heat from the copper plate. A case is made of metal and receives the metal PCB, the copper plate, and the heat sink. |
