PURPOSE: An organic EL device, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electrode device are provided to improve degree of freedom in design of storage capacitance by overlapping the storage capacitance with a second film formation region. CONSTITUTION: An underlying layer comprises a substrate. A partition is formed on the underlying layer and separates a first film formation region(7a) and a second film formation region(7b). A first organic EL device(20G) is overlapped with the first film formation region. A second organic EL device(20R) is overlapped with the second film formation region. A first driving circuit is formed on the underlying layer and controls the first organic EL device. The second driver circuit part is formed in the underlying layer and controls the second organic EL device. A part of the first driving circuit and the part of the second driving circuit are overlapped with the first film formation region.
