PURPOSE: A wooden plate for a fence decoration and a molding method thereof are provided to form a pattern on the surface of the wooden plate by burning the surface of the wooden plate exposed through a pattern hole. CONSTITUTION: A molding method of a wooden plate(22) for a fence decoration comprises the following steps: forming a body in a rectangular shape with an opened upper side; forming a holder including suspended holes on both sides of the upper side of a holder; a temporary pattern hole(24) on both sides of a metal processing box to insert the wooden plate through an entrance; forming the temporary pattern hole by a laser processing; inserting the wooden plate into the processing box; burning the surface of the wooden plate exposed through the pattern hole; and spraying oil stain to the surface of the wooden plate after separating the plate from the box.
