PURPOSE: An intersection traffic information generation system and a method thereof considering entrance and exit are provided to select a detour road and to avoid a jammed road or a congested road using real time traffic information according to left turn, u-turn, or right turn. CONSTITUTION: A first traffic information collector(110) collects the average running speed according to an entry link at an intersection. A second traffic information collector(120) collects a signal waiting time at intersection or congestion degree information. A traffic information server(130) receives the traffic information received from the first traffic information collector and the second traffic information collector. The traffic information server computes the transmitted traffic information. |
