MODIFIED POLYESTER RESIN WITH AN IMPROVED THERMAL STABILITY AND TONER CONTAINING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A modified polyester resin is provided to ensure excellent thermal stability, rage stability, long-term preserving stability, and low temperature fixation and to be used as a binder. CONSTITUTION: A modified polyester resin with excellent thermal stability is a modified polyester resin prepared by polycondensing a reactant. The reactant comprises 100 parts by mole of aromatic dicarboxylic acid or an acid component selected from a mixture consisting of aromatic dicarboxylic acid and trivalent or polyvalent carboxylic acid; 30-80 parts by mole of aromatic diol; and 10-50 parts by mole of aliphatic diol.
