PURPOSE: A device for discharging a fixed quantity is provided to prevent damage to the device by eliminating foreign materials included in transferred raw materials and fuel, and to produce sintered ore with high-quality. CONSTITUTION: A device for discharging a fixed quantity comprises a support member(10), a guide member, and an isolation member(40). The support member is arranged around the discharged location of fuel and raw materials(4) transferred along a transfer line(2). The guide member is arranged in the top of the support member, and guides the fuel and the raw materials to be uniformly discharged. The isolation member guides foreign materials transferred along the transfer line to an isolation location.
