PURPOSE: A display device is provided to simplify a manufacturing process while reducing the number of the components, and to improve a look of the display device by minimizing the components to be exposed. CONSTITUTION: A front panel(10) has a front part. An image passes through the front panel. A display module(20) is equipped on the rear side of the front panel. The display module is accepted between a rear housing and the front panel. The rear housing(30) covers the display module. A speaker assembly(40) is fixed on the rear side of the front panel.
