PURPOSE: An automated unmanned wheel and axle press system is provided to recover, process and install a wheel accurately and continuously through the automation of a wheel and axle press and a wheel handling robot. CONSTITUTION: An automated unmanned wheel and axle press system is composed of a wheel and axle press(100) and a wheel handling robot(200). When the robot carries a wheel to the wheel fixing location of the wheel and axle press, the jig of a hydraulic and pneumatic machine fixes the wheel and then the robot goes back. A pair of axle and wheel automatically enters and rises to a press-fitting position. A hydraulic cylinder for press-fitting pushes the pair of axle and wheel to connect the wheel. The opposite wheel is also connected in the same way by rotating a trolley by 180°. The trolley puts down the pair of wheel and axle completed and prepares the next task. |
