PURPOSE: A system for providing a moving picture using an internet and a method thereof are provided to classify moving pictures to connect by relation of each user, thereby enabling each user to check moving pictures of users around each user. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal(10) is connected to an internet to transmit a photographed image and reproduce a stored image. A moving picture database(40) stores moving pictures transmitted by using the user terminal. A member database(50) stores personal information of a member connected through the internet. A server(30) stores data in all kinds of DBs. The server reproduces and transmits the stored data. |
