PURPOSE: A cable fixed mounting device of a vehicle which protect a cable by inserting a grommet to a hole of a bracket are provided to securely fix a cable by preventing the self-rotation of a grommet by mounting a protrusion on the inner surface of a hole. CONSTITUTION: A cable fixed mounting device of a vehicle comprises a bracket(100) and a flexibility grommet(200). The bracket is formed in a car body. The grommet is detachably formed in the bracket. The cable wired in the car body is inserted into the grommet. A combining member is detachably combined in the car body. A supporting member is expanded to the upper side of the combining member. A recess part is formed along the girth of the supporting member. A boundary surface of the grommet is compulsorily inserted in the recess part.
