FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: powder of basic materials is mixed with electrically conducting fluid so that suspension is obtained; suspension jets are sprayed to heating zone. Heating and fusion of powder particles is performed by blasting by means of periodic excitation of electric discharges in the jet so that metallisated flow is obtained and that flow is sputtered to casting mould. Device includes mixers of electrically conducting fluid and powders of basic materials in order to obtain suspension, plasmachemical reactor in the form of shank equipped with cooling liquid circulation jacket, suspension injection atomisers interconnected with the shank and in series connected one after the other and consisting of external housing equipped with branch pipes with screws installed in them and internal housing from electric insulating material, in which there are cylindrical channels for injection of suspension, on some ends of which there arranged are electrodes, and the other are interconnected with nozzles directed at an angle to each other, transportation and supply systems of suspension, cooling liquid and reagents, and excitation system of electric discharges. ^ EFFECT: produced items have high density. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
