PURPOSE: A powder slush molding apparatus which can control the amount of powder and a molding method using the same are provided to uniformize the thickness of a product by uniformly ejecting powder to a surface of a mold using a blower member. CONSTITUTION: A powder slush molding apparatus comprises a mold(110), a powder tank(120), and a powder feed port(130). The powder tank is combined with the mold. The powder feed port is installed in the powder tank. The powder feed port supplies the powder to the mold and molds products.
