PURPOSE: An apparatus for sharing information between vehicles and a method thereof are provided to send information about a destination in case vehicles leave for the same destination by mutually sharing destination and location information. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(10) for sharing information between vehicles includes a communication part(100) and a controller(200). The communication part receives and transmits location information acquired through a navigation to the other vehicle. The communication part receives the location information of the other vehicle. The controller receives and transmits the location information with telematics technology to the other vehicle. The control part displays the location information through the navigation.
