PURPOSE: A helmet for cooling-and-heating is provided, which makes the head warm in the winter season and the head cool in the summer season. CONSTITUTION: A helmet for cooling-and-heating comprises: an outer cover(11) and a liner(12) which form a space part(13) therebetween; heat transfer fluid which is fully inserted in the space part; a thermoelectric element(20) installed between one side outer cover and space part of the helmet; and a control box(30) which is formed in one side of the outer cover of the helmet and controls the thermoelectric element. The control box includes: a rechargeable battery for supplying the power to the thermoelectric element; a changeover switch controlling the polarity of the power source; and a temperature adjustment switch for adjusting the temperature of the thermoelectric element. |
