FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in arranging part between matrix with finish shape of lower side of punched part and surface mounted plate with finish shape of upper side of punched part except punched section not covered with surface mounted plate. Further there is applied pressure to the surface mounted plate during the whole process to eliminate folds on the section of the part to be maintained in essence flat. Puncheons are applied to the section of the part to be punched at feed rate facilitating fluidity of resin during material fibres slipping for deforming this section into a matrix shape. ^ EFFECT: upgraded quality of fabricated item and reduced cost of fabrication. ^ 4 cl, 5 dwg
