FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: after ablation of core and crystalline mass into capsular sac is successively implanted are artificial intraocular lens, and after that, intracapsular ring. Ring is placed over gaptic elements of crystalline lens in such way, that its outside surface - outside side - presses gaptic part of IOL from its frontal surface side in direction of equator of capsular sac of crystalline lens. ^ EFFECT: method allows to prevent disturbance of IOL position conditioned by its construction and peculiarities of fixation while carrying out planned posterior laser capsulotomy. ^ 2 dwg |
