PURPOSE: A power steering pump is provided to improve fuel efficiency by controlling the eccentricity of a cam ring and a rotor by an eccentricity controlling unit using the steering load. CONSTITUTION: A power steering pump comprises a rotor(110), a cam ring(120), an eccentricity controlling unit(130) and a controller(140). The rotor is installed on the cam ring. The eccentricity controlling unit controls the eccentricity of the rotor and the cam ring by the steering load while contacting the cam ring. The controller controls the operation of the eccentricity controlling unit.
