PURPOSE: An antibacterial agent decomposing method of an environmental pollution treatment by-product is provided to remove the tolerance occurred in the inside of an organism, and to improve the biological treatment efficiency of industry waste water. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial agent decomposing method comprises a step of radiating a vacuum ultraviolet ray(VUV) with the frequency under 200 nanometers to an environmental pollution treatment by-product selected from the group consisting of foul water, waste water sludge, medicine effluent, industry waste water, human excrement, livestock excretion and food waste. The VUV is generated from hydrargyrum. The concentration of the antibacterial agent is under 100 parts per million.
