FIELD: heating. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to device for heat treatment of food, namely to built-in device of upper hinging for food heat treatment. Kitchen appliance, and namely built-in device of upper hinging for food heat treatment includes at least one muffle, one door for closing the muffle hole and one drive mechanism for movement of the door, which is controlled by means of control device. Muffle restricting the space for food heat treatment has the muffle hole. Drive mechanism includes at least one drive motor allowing to move the ropes connected to the door. Ropes represent profiled ropes which are brought into straight-line movement by means of a drive motor. There described is version of built-in device of upper hinging for heat treatment of food and operating method of kitchen appliance. ^ EFFECT: simplifying the design of built-in device of upper hinging for food heat treatment. |
