FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for synthesis of 1-(aminoalkyl)indolines involves reaction of indoline with hydrobromide of aminoalkylbromide in an aqueous medium using sodium bicarbonate as a hydrogen bromide acceptor in molar ratio indoline: hydrobromide of aminoalkylbromide: sodium bicarbonate equal to 1:1.2-1.4:1-1.4 at temperature 95-100C, with subsequent extraction of the end product through alkalisation with aqeous NaOH, extraction with organic solvents and distillation in a vacuum. ^ EFFECT: method increases output and purity of the end product, shortens synthesis period. ^ 1 dwg, 3 ex |
