FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: artificial heart comprises cylinder blood chambers, inlet and outlet valves, compression elements and an electromagnetic drive. Each compression element comprises a base and two aligned conical funnels with one funnels arranged between the base and the second funnel which are rigidly fixed on the axis and rotating thereabout. The base is made of a nonmagnetic material and supplied with two apertures to bring out the leads of the cylinder with the inlet and outlet valves provided therein. The outer surface of the second funnel comprises equispaced permanent magnets with the electromagnetic drive coils. The cylinder is mounted on the base and contacts the second funnel. ^ EFFECT: ensured continuous blood afflux into the atrium chamber, lower power consumptions and downsizing. ^ 5 cl, 3 dwg |
