FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular to rammers used in preparation of silage. Silage rammer comprises frame, cylindrical roll installed in bearings. Semi-cylindrical beads are arranged in staggered order with overlapping along roll length, which alternate in rows with its smooth surface. Two cylindrical rolls are installed on frame - front driving and back ones, between them there are two central rolls with semi-elliptical beads arranged, which are connected by means of chain gear to front driving roll. Front driving roll and back roll embrace track element, which represents an elastic belt, along full length of which there are openings of rectangular shape arranged with dimensions that equal to dimensions of semi-elliptical beads base, and with the same pitch, at that upper branch of elastic tape is supported by rollers. ^ EFFECT: invention provides for intense compaction of stem solid volume unit per unit of time, and also improved reliability and durability. ^ 1 dwg |
