FIELD: measurement technique. ^ SUBSTANCE: using: for control of distribution evenness of material mechanical properties. Essence: consists in the fact that by means of electroacoustic transducers (EAT) located on surface of controlled material exiting in material and receiving ultrasonic vibrations is performed. These vibrations are different in type and/or orientation and/or polarisation in each segment of controlled material. Then time of arrival for signals (T1 - for longitudinal wave, Tt1, Tt2 - for transversal waves) reflected from opposite wall of controlled material; herewith EATs are positioned on surface of controlled material as three parallel lines two of which contain EATs of transversal wave while planes of exited transversal waves are mutually transverse, the third line contains EATs of longitudinal wave. EATs in lines are located chequerwise to provide 5-10% of overlapping, the outermost in lines EATs are located at distance from edge of controlled material of not less than half of controlled material thickness. As a matter of record planar characteristic of controlled material is built that reflects pattern of mechanical characteristics distribution evenness. ^ EFFECT: providing obtaining planar characteristic of controlled material mechanical characteristics distribution evenness. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
