FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to reusable quick disconnects of pipelines and equipment operating under pressure, for example for connection with draining mains of reservoir before filling it with liquid nitrogen in closed premises. The quick disconnect consists of an adaptor with a spherical groove along external surface and of a fitting with eccentric levers; a saddle is rigidly fixed in the adaptor; conic surface of the saddle interacts with a flexible bushing with a lug; the bushing is rigidly fixed in the fitting. A sleeve with slots is arranged on the case of the fitting; the levers are eccentrically installed in the slots by means of axles. On the case of the fitting there is made a cylinder collar interacting with a response cylinder collar made in the sleeve; when levers turn, between the collars there is formed a gap facilitating a spring loading the flexible bushing with its lug to the conic surface of the saddle, thus creating two steps of sealed connection. ^ EFFECT: upgraded reliability of quick disconnect in temperature range of working medium from minus 200 to + 300C. ^ 2 dwg |
