FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed is an organosiloxane composition which contains at least one organoalkoxy silane S, as well as at least one anhydrous non-ionic surfactant T, where the organoalkoxy silane S is free from chemical groups which can react with the said surfactant T, and mass ratio of the sum of all organoalkoxy silanes S is ëÑ 33 wt % in terms of the mass of the organoalkoxy silane composition, and the ratio of the total mass of all organoalkoxy silanes S to the total mass of all anhydrous surfactants T (S:T) ranges from 5:1 to 1:2.
