REPLACEMENT POST-RESECTION UPPER JAW DENTURE

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to prosthetic dentistry, and can be used in dental implantology and oncology. A replacement post-resection upper jaw denture comprises fixed anchorage as esthetic crowns and removable obturating part as hollow base plate with prosthetic teeth in the form of deformity. According to the invention both denture parts are connected between each other by labile multiaxial pin joint wherein axles are arranged from palatine side of abutment crowns. The removable part of the denture constructionally makes it possible to use dental implants with screw/cement fixation of crowns. The replacement post-resection upper jaw denture provides reliable fixation of denture and decrease of pressure of the removable part on abutment teeth complying with esthetic requirements.
