PURPOSE: A process for preparing polyether ester polyols is provided to be suitable for preparing a starting material-based polyetheresterpolyol with a melting point of more than 100°C. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing polyether ester polyols comprises a step of reacting a starting material(a) having Zerewitinoff-active hydrogen atom with at least one kind of alkylene oxide(b) in the presence of at least one amine(c) selected from the group consisting of tertiary amine and arbitrarily substituted imidazole under at least one kind of fatty acid ester(d).
