METHOD FOR VOLUMETRICAL CONTROL OF MATERIALS TRANSPARENT IN INFRARED (IR) RANGE OF RADIATION

Method for control of quality of materials transparent in IR range of radiation includes registration of temperature field of sample by means of thermal imaging system. Sample is radiated with ultrasonic vibrations from thickness measuring device. Registration of temperature field in performed after IR radiation through test-system that is applied to support made of material that transfers IR radiation. At that first one obtains image from standard sample and then – from sample under control. Images obtained and readings of thickness measuring device are compared.
