PURPOSE: A system for premises distribution monitoring and a method thereof are provided to check a network connection state for each device installed in a house. CONSTITUTION: An indoor terminal unit(110) is connected to a network, and a wire monitoring unit(120) compares the wire information with real wire information for the current network connection. A wire management unit(130) manages the indoor terminal unit by using the comparison result of the wire monitoring unit. The communication between the wire monitoring unit and the wire management unit is performed through the network.
