PURPOSE: A ladder shaped material lifting device is provided to improve the convenience and safety of use by conveniently mounting the construction material. CONSTITUTION: An ascending and descending plate(20) ascend and descend according to a fixture(10) and a guide rail(12). The fixture has a weight sensor. A movable member(30) moves up and downs the ascending and descending part to upper and lower part of the fixture. A limit switch(41) stops ascending and descending of ascending and descending part. Switch boxes(51,52) control and operate ascending and descending of ascending and descending part.
