A device for tilting articles includes a bed, a platform based by axles on vertical supports and connected with a sliding rod of actuator. The bed is made in the form of a frame of hollow closed sections filled with balancing weight, for example, sand, has vertical walls with horizontal grooves and is installed on two mounting trolleys on rails. The axles of platform are installed with a shift relative to the centre of mass of platform, the ending of which is connected by the axle with the sliding telescopic rod of jack with drive. The butt end of jack has a movable axle installed in horizontal openings of frame walls and rest on movable supporting nuts installed between the walls and connected with an adjusting screw equipped with a flywheel that is mounted in the walls of frame. On diametrically opposite sides of the platform intermediate brackets with profiled grooves are fixed. On the vertical supports the holes are made corresponding to the shaped grooves for installation of the locking pins. |
