A unit for torque transfer from shaft to roller chain of chain speed variator includes shaft, cone-shaped discs that are installed on the shaft with pins with possibility of displacement along the shaft, two levers connected to the cone-shaped discs placed in opposite positions. At the ends of levers pairs of interengaged sprockets are installed, and system of interrelated kinematical transmissions for provision of shifting together and separation of the cone-shaped discs along the shaft and fixation of those in given position. The shaft consists of two halves connected to each other, in the place of connection of those shaft halves flanges are provided, those have a cavity in which gear wheel is placed with axis of rotation coinciding with the axis of the shaft rotation, it is installed with possibility of free rotation. Levers with engaged sprockets are arranged as racks with cross pieces that by their ends with rollers touch conical surfaces of opposite cone-shaped discs and are placed from both sides of the gear wheel and installed in through opening that is provided in the place of shaft flanges joint. |
