摘要 |
PURPOSE: An engine system using a vortex tube is provided to maximize the efficiency of energy separation and material division of a recycled gas with a vortex tube by controlling the inflow of the recycled gas into the vortex tube. CONSTITUTION: An engine system using a vortex tube includes an engine(10), a vortex tube(20), a recirculation gas pipe(31), a cold gas piping(32), a hot gas pipe line(33), and an active control type valve(40). The engine has an intake manifold(11) and an exhaust manifold(12). The exhaust pipe(13) is connected to the exhaust manifold. The Vortex tube has entrance, a low temperature exit, and a high temperature exit. The re-cycling gas pipe line is expanded in one side of the exhaust manifold. The re-cycling gas pipe line communicates the entrance of the vortex tube and the exhaust manifold. The cold pipe line is extended to the intake manifold of the vortex tube.
